All orders enter into production and are processed and within 4-7 business days as they are made specifically on order and according to your custom length and style given. Once your order has been shipped it takes between 2-3 days for delivery depending on where you're based. You will receive an email update with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We use a blend of polyester spandex and cotton lycra for our Basic Collection and swimwear. We recommend using eco-friendly detergent where possible as well as cold gentle hand / machine wash & line drying all garments.
Stretch percentage in some pieces may vary slightly due to different material being used for some shades.

Measurements for our customisable tops are:
- Crop - 40/43cm
- Mid-rise - 45/48cm
- Low-rise - 50/53cm
Measurements are taken form the collarbone/shoulder to hem and the various lengths are adjusted dependent on the size chosen.
Kindly note our material has a high stretch percentage however in some instances we may recommend sizing sizing up if you'd like a "looser" fit. The general fit of our tops are intended to be snug or somewhat "skin-tight".
Kindly note that the boat neck version of our top has a tighter fit around the arms and sleeves. This is to ensure a snug / "skin-tight" fit around the chest and to avoid material bunching / hanging in around the collarbone area. The bodice of our boatneck also differs slightly to our scoop neck: the design has been altered in order to facilitate the wider neckline. Should you prefer a looser fit under the arms, we recommend sizing up.
Exchanges & refunds
Exchanges & refunds
We want you to love your purchased items but we understand that not all styles may work. Exchanges are welcome only if the item is UNWORN and UNDAMAGED, no dirt, sweat, make-up marks or any odours are present and if we are notified on the day of receiving your order. There will be a once-off shipping fee of R100 to have the new items sent as we cover the cost to have the previous items collected.
Due to the nature of our products and the fact that they are all made on customisable orders, all refunds will be reimbursed as a store credit only.
Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. Any shipping costs that have been incurred or our end for returns or exchanges will be deducted from refunded amount.
